Account Deactivation

Reasons Your PrizePicks Account May Have Been Deactivated

If you break Arena's terms of service, we may deactivate your account. Arena reserves the right to deactivate accounts at its sole discretion. Here some things that can get your account deactivated:

Multiple Accounts

If Arena detects that you have created multiple accounts, it reserves the right to:

• Suspend or cancel any or all accounts.

• Terminate, withhold, or void all prizes.

• Seize all funds in the accounts.

If you'd like to resolve this issue and maintain membership, contact Arena at support@arenapicks.com.

Chargebacks and Disputed Deposits

Disputing or charging back deposits will result in permanent deactivation. You’ll also lose your original deposit and any winnings from entries placed after that disputed deposit. Arena rules for disputed deposits in detail:

• Permanent Deactivation: Disputing a deposit (initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider) is a direct violation of the terms of service and will lead to the permanent deactivation of your account.

• Forfeiture of Funds: The initial disputed deposit amount and any winnings generated from contests entered after that deposit will be immediately voided, forfeited, and deducted from your balance.

• Debt Owed: If, after these deductions, your account balance becomes negative, you are responsible for this negative balance as an "uncontestable debt" payable immediately to Arena.

• Legal Action & Information Sharing: Arena reserves the right to inform relevant authorities (e.g., law enforcement, tax authorities) and pursue criminal or civil proceedings in connection with the conduct. They may also request your bank to freeze or seize funds related to the disputed amount.

• No Refunds on Deposits: All deposits are considered final and nonrefundable once submitted.

Violating Rules or Terms of Service

Accounts violating Arena's rules or terms of service will be deactivated, and winnings will be voided. Common violations include:

• Spoofing location to access services in restricted areas (using a VPN).

• Chargebacks and disputed deposits.

• Playing on behalf of underage members.

• Abusive Behavior,

Arena has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or abusive behavior, which includes but is not limited to:

• Name-calling or hate speech.

• Excessive profanity or abusive language.

• Harassment through repeated unwelcome messages.

• Attempts to contact or expose personal information (e.g., doxxing).

Note: Contacting Arena employees directly will result in account suspension or permanent deactivation at Arena’s discretion.
